A typical 30 lb box would be 6-8 lbs of ground, 12-16 lbs of mixed steaks, typically packed two to a package. Steaks could include rib eyes, NY, sirloin, etc. The remainder will be made up of either 1-2 small roasts, bone-in chuck steaks, tri-tip, sirloin tip, or some combination thereof. Cuts like tri tip and brisket are always trimmed to make sure you're getting the most high quality beef for your money.
